- “Noticed our gutters / broken seal / moss” — proactive reporting is the mark of a thorough professional.
- “Honest — told us we didn’t need treatment yet” — the opposite of an upsell machine.
- Specific result mentioned — “sparkling clean,” “streak-free” beats generic “great service.”
What Bad Reviews Tell You (That Good Reviews Can’t)
- “Tracks still dirty” — a training or incentive problem affecting every job, not a one-off.
- “Screens left off / wrong windows” — rushed or untrained screen handling.
- “Debris left in garden bed” — cleanup is not a company priority.
- “Price was higher than quoted” — scope wasn’t clearly defined upfront.
- “Inconsistent quality between visits” — crew-based company with no QC.
